Williamstown is uniquely placed. It is the only peninsular in Port Phillip Bay and was the first sea port of 19th Century Melbourne. Its waterfront precinct is one of the remaining architecturally intact examples of the period and retains a large number of significant buildings. The “Occasions” building is one of the finest.

Centrally located with travel times to the Melbourne CBD of 13 minutes by car, or for something truly unique, a 10 minute ferry ride from Port Melbourne Williamstown seems close to everything.

The aspect for “Occasions” is special; it overlooks the “Commonwealth Reserve” with its expansive lawns ringed by huge Oak trees. Gem Pier is in the background where ferries and cruising boats berth. While beyond is the stunning view of the Melbourne CBD across Hobson´s Bay.
